What is included in social media management?
Our management packages include strategy, graphic design, captions, scheduling and posting. We use your own photos and videos where available, and relevant licensed stock images or videos where suitable content isn't provided.
What is the difference between the standard management and content creation packages?
Standard management packages use your existing or stock content. Social Media + Content Creation packages add a weekday content shoot and professionally edited Reels, so your content is original to your business.
Are content shoots included?
Content shoots are included only in the Social Media + Content Creation packages (Content Starter, Growth, Presence and Ultimate). They are not included in Social Starter, Content Basics or Social Media Essentials.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes. Monthly packages require a minimum 3-month commitment and are payable in advance.
What happens after I select a package?
